This wine is made with three grape varieties from the Paardeberg, Swartland.
Pet Nat is a natural style of sparkling wine. The wines are fermented on skins to add tannin freshness and extract extra fruit flavours.
The fermentation is done by the native yeast coming from the vineyard and cellar.
At the last part of the fermentation, the wine is bottled under crowncap where the fermentation will continue in the bottle.
This process ensures a beautiful, natural sparkling wine!
