These big old bush vines produce wonderfully big bunches with small loose berries. The grapes are picked once they are gold and have ripened in the South African sun. Tumbled
in the tank for a hint of skin
contact. Fermented on full
lees spontaneously and
aged in neutral oak barrels
for an additional 12 months
before bottling.

like leeks, fennel, green
cabbage, grab the last of the
